How to permanently delete a Varcmail account and its mailbox data.
Delete from Varcmail
Sign in to the account, open Settings, choose Delete account, enter the current password, and type the exact confirmation phrase shown. Deletion signs the account out and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Varcmail removes the user account, all active sessions and notification subscriptions, mailbox state, labels, outgoing-job records, and messages held only by that mailbox. Private attachment objects for those messages are queued for permanent deletion. A message delivered to another Varcmail mailbox remains available to that other recipient.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@varcbytes.com from an address your organisation can verify. State the mailbox address and request account deletion, but do not include a password. Your organisation’s administrator may need to authorise the request. Security logs, legal records, provider backups, and records required to prevent fraud may be retained where permitted or required by law.
