Prohibited use

Do not use Varcmail to break the law, violate rights, harm systems or people, or interfere with service operation.

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive campaigns, phishing, impersonation, or credential theft
• Malware, destructive code, unauthorised scanning, exploitation, or attempts to bypass access controls
• Harassment, threats, fraud, illegal goods or services, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Harvesting addresses, abusing rate limits, automating access without permission, or reselling access without authorisation
• Sending sensitive information without suitable authority and safeguards

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service. We may preserve or disclose relevant information when required by law. Where appropriate, we will consider context, severity, recurrence, and remediation.
