Options for deleting messages, attachments, preferences, or all mailbox data.
Delete individual messages
Move a message to Trash, open Trash, select it, and choose permanent deletion. This removes your mailbox delivery. Shared copies belonging to another recipient are not removed.
Delete all mailbox data
Use Settings → Delete account to remove the account and its mailbox data. Mailbox-only message records are deleted and their private attachments are queued for object-storage deletion. Locally saved templates and display preferences can be removed by clearing site data for varcmail.varcbytes.com in your browser.
